Jessica Lima, as a massage therapist and as an athlete, has spent her lifetime exploring the mind-body connection through meditation, soccer, personal training, yoga and Crossfit.  Jessica appreciates the ways in which the body can be used as an instrument of meaningful and empowering self-expression.  Her positive understanding of the body’s potential is reflected in her profession.

Jessica’s approach to bodywork is compassionate, patient and respectful to the unique needs of each individual.  She endeavors to bridge her passion for natural and holistic treatment methods with research-informed scientific foundation.

Jessica began her career as a massage therapist in 2011.  She completed her initial training in Groton, CT at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy where she studied Massage Therapy and has over 500 hours of clinical work.  She continued her bodywork education with becoming a personal trainer with a certificate from American Council of Exercise.  Jessica also holds a BA in Sport & Fitness Management from Mitchell College. Jessica’s knowledge and understanding of the body also comes from being a Chiropractic Assistant.

Jessica offers a variety of different techniques to help massage feel great for you.  Jessica specializes in Swedish, Relaxation, Integrated Deep Tissue, Range of Motion, Pin & Stretch and Sports Massage.
